Chocolate fondue is the perfect dessert for both young and old chocolate lovers. Easy to prepare, it brings together everyone with a sweet tooth and offers a wonderful food experience. If you are enjoying this fondue with just adults, feel free to add a splash of your favourite liquor, brandy or cognac.<\/p>

Ingredients<\/h4>

150 ml double cream \n75 ml milk \n400 g plain chocolate, finely chopped \nFresh berries, fruit, marshmallows and\/or cake pieces<\/p>

Method<\/h4>

Gently heat the cream and milk in a saucepan, remove just before boiling and add the broken chocolate. Mix well for several minutes until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth. \n \nLight the fondue base as per instructions. Pour the chocolate mixture into the fondue pot and set over the heat.<\/p>

Chop fresh fruit, marshmallows and sweet breads or cake pieces to skewer onto the provided forks. Enjoy them dipped into the melted chocolate.<\/p>

Stir the chocolate mixture regularly to ensure the mixture stays smooth.<\/p>
