Easy baking recipes are a great solution for a busy weekday, or if you are looking for a recipe to make with children. These easy three-ingredient Nutella cookies are perfect for the sweet tooths who are looking to spend a Sunday morning baking with kids or grandkids. Bon Appetit!
Ingredients
- 240 g Nutella
- 150 g plain flour
- 1 large egg
- A handful of chocolate chips (optional)
Method
Mix the Nutella and egg in a large bowl. When combined, mix in the flour. If you wish to add chocolate chips, nuts or berries, then add these to the combined mixture.
The cookie mix does form quite a thick dough, but it should be moist enough to roll into 12 balls. To make this step easier, wet your hands slightly or use an ice cream scoop.
Place cookies on your baking sheet and flatten them slightly using your fingers or the bottom of a glass.
Bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until the cookies are cooked around the edges, but slightly soft in the middle.
Let the cookies cool on a baking tray for 5 minutes before eating or transferring.
